Hospital and home deliveries
Hospital: ward, room, and a check of the rules on flowers and food. Home: the family's name and the address. Both go in the delivery step.

Every basket is checked before it is packed and shipped to the door.
If we have to substitute
Some items come and go with the season. If one is missing we replace it with something of the same kind and value, and the design stays.

Availability and substitutions
Because each gift is assembled on its own, the precise products depend on stock. Where a substitution is needed we choose an item that keeps the chosen direction, its use and the overall value.
Delivery Information
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Next day across Hamilton and Southern Ontario.
- The builder's calendar shows the dates available; choose one there.
- Enter the complete delivery address and a reachable phone number for the recipient.
- Hospital deliveries depend on access to the ward, its procedures and whether the recipient is still there.
- If the recipient has gone home, tell us straight away so the team can look at the options.
- Note the apartment number, buzzer code and concierge instructions where they apply.
- A delivery confirmation follows where the method of delivery supports one.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Alcohol is added only when selected as an optional extra and where permitted; the recipient must be of legal drinking age and photo identification may be requested on delivery.
