Delivery Information
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Next day across Hamilton and Southern Ontario.
- Choose the delivery date in the builder; the calendar shows what's available.
- Give us the full delivery address and a phone number the recipient answers.
- Hospital deliveries depend on access to the ward, its procedures and whether the recipient is still there.
- If the recipient has gone home, tell us straight away so the team can look at the options.
- Note the apartment number, buzzer code and concierge instructions where they apply.
- You'll get a delivery confirmation where the delivery method allows it.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Alcohol is never included by default. Add it as an extra where permitted; the recipient must be of legal drinking age and may be asked for identification.
